I welcome you to see the context of it. To say there is no power imbalance in favor of either the man or the woman would be disingenuous because there will always be some measure of it fluctuating throughout a relationship. But it is equally disingenuous to say that the relationship is so unequal that, in this context, one is completely manipulating the other. Which is why I opined that collaboration, as well as compromise, is the spirit of these kinds of relationships.
